Agave Development has developed several successful single-family, retail, office and commercial projects, including:

Agave Court: an eclectic mixed-use retail, restaurant and office complex located on Williams Drive
Estancia: a 72-acre luxury estate development
Harmony Forest: a planned, eco-minded light industrial/commercial park

Currently, Agave Development is in the planning and entitlement phases of 4400 West, a new retail and commercial center located on Highway 29 west of Georgetown.

SEC Planning, LLC offers expert land planning, landscape architecture and community branding services nationally through offices in Austin and Atlanta. Our staff of land planners, landscape architects and designers provide client-centered thinking in a collaborative, interactive studio environment.

Through a hands-on approach and steady interaction with clients, SEC Planning creates plans that accurately bring our clients’ visions to life. In the ever-changing development environment, flexibility and responsiveness are vital to a project’s success. To that end, we structure our design teams to strive to achieve all of our clients’ goals, deadlines and responsibilities.
